Excellence in Provence
Organic farming is a reflection of a certain lifestyle or philosophy. My wines are made in this same spirit, with all operations in the cellar timed to coincide with lunar phases. Minimal addition of sulfate and a rigorous hygiene protocol result in my wines being gentle on the digestive system and healthy to consume.
